Today my hispanic neighbor
(a 6 yr old boy who frequently likes to play in my yard with my kids)
informed me that the clothes that my son has out grown,
informed me that the clothes that my son has out grown,
but fits him perfectly, he could not take,
" because they have Spiderman on them."
I am unsure why other than the reason he gave me, as I have yet to ask his parents the validity of this belief within the household, but anyway what he said was that,
" My parents told me Spiderman, Superman, Batman and all that was evil and it is the devil"
I laughed and asked him, " is Bugs Bunny ok?" and he said, "yes"....
I said bugs bunny was mischievous in most cartoons while Superman always saves the day....

and Supermans only weakness was kryptonite...

Well, now decided to take the greatest of superheroes, Superman, in a history of only 5 pages, plus a cover-and what they re doing. In "God's End" we see a Superman with a very long beard and white hair, with more than 500 years, reflecting while visiting new planets ... but it's best not to advance further. Low and be surprised with this comic, although not official DC Comics, is the best that has been written and drawn Superman in recent years.
As to if any of this shit has anything to do with
my neighbors statement I have no clue and don't really care, but just thought it was funny and would share. My kids had a good laugh about it too....
